Digital Operations Manager · Cincinnati, OH
I build the systems that let small companies run like much larger ones.
I'm Max Triantos. Based in Cincinnati, OH — working locally and remotely.
What I work on
ERP
Sole Acumatica ERP administrator, with automated regression testing for upgrades.
Microsoft 365
Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate, set up and run day to day.
Automation
Python, Microsoft Graph API, and Playwright. Scheduled reports that run on their own.
How I work
Find the part of the work people dread, understand why it's painful, then build something that takes it off their plate.
